This location is a private farm with an olive grove and deep field that I have reserved for the evening. This farm is located in Chandler / Gilbert AZ and will provide THE perfect backdrop for beautiful family portraits or Mommy & Me photos, or senior photos!

Booking Instructions

Click the time you would like to book. Available slots are in BLUE. (Booked slots are GRAY). That will open up an email to me with the time/date in the subject.

Send the email with your family names, ages of children and any other pertinent info you would like to add.

If available, I will send you the online booking agreement within 4-12 hours (if overnight). Once opened, booking agreements automatically expire 2 days so that the session can be booked by someone else who may want that time slot.

To lock in your date & time, please complete the agreement and pay the deposit within 48 hours. Then its yours! From there I will email you specific location and meeting details within 2 weeks of your session.

What to Expect from a Mini Session
Mini sessions with Jennifer Bowen Photography are short and sweet, hitting just the right notes. These 25-minute sessions are only offered on select dates in the spring and fall, at a set location that offers beautiful backdrops and lighting for tighter windows of time.
They’re perfect for:
• Smaller families (under 6 people — larger groups, please click here)
• Families with little ones who might only give us a short window of camera time
• Families with teens (I promise to make it painless and hopefully slightly fun ;-)
• Maternity portraits that feel natural and glowing
• Couples or newly engaged lovebirds wanting a few timeless shots
These sessions are ideal for those who want beautiful, frame-worthy portraits without the longer commitment of a full session.
If you're envisioning a more relaxed, storytelling experience or have a particularly shy child who may need extra time to warm up, a full lifestyle session will likely be a better fit — and we’ll make space to capture all the magic as it unfolds naturally. Candids, soulful black and whites, pretty posed portraits and eveything in between -- full lifestyle sessions are for you!
Cancellation Policy & Final Payments
To reserve your mini session, a $125 deposit is required — this locks in your date and time and ensures I hold that spot just for you. Since I turn away other inquiries for the same slot, the deposit is non-refundable. That said, life happens! If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied toward a future portrait session as long as it’s used within 3 months of your original date.
The remaining balance for your session is due within 48 hours prior to your session. If a cancellation happens within that 48-hour window, all monies paid are unfortunately non-refundable.
What is Included?
Your Mini Session includes five (5) beautifully edited, high-resolution digital images — perfect for printing, sharing, and cherishing. These are yours to keep!
Want more? You’ll have the option to purchase additional images if you fall in love with more than five (and most do!). You can either:
• Add the full gallery at the time of booking for a discounted price
• Or wait until after your session and select extras à la carte:
– $25 per additional image
– 5 additional images for $100
All final files are delivered watermark-free, with full personal-use rights, so you can print and share to your heart’s content.
When Will We See Our Proofs?
You can expect to see your edited proof gallery within 5–7 days of your session. As soon as they’re ready, we’ll send you a link to view your gallery online. From there, you’ll get to choose your five favorite images included in your package — simply select and download them right from the gallery. When opened on your computer, your selected files will be high-resolution JPEGs with no watermark, ready to print and share!
If you fall in love with more images (which happens often!), you’ll be able to purchase additional favorites directly from your gallery, and those will also be delivered in full-resolution with no watermark.
What About Prints?
If you’d like to order physical prints (like classic 5x7s or other sizes), our professional lab typically ships them within 2–3 business days after you place your order — easy and quick! Plus, 1000% better quality than quick consumer labs that print in an hour :-)
Your sessions are all booked, do you have a waiting list?
Yes! Once mini sessions are sold out, I start a waiting list. Every year, a few families need to cancel or reschedule, and when that happens, we reach out to the waitlist first to fill those spots. So if you're hoping for a chance to jump in, be sure to add your name — openings do pop up!
