Shelley just published her first book and we met to capture some new photos for her website and marketing. I first met Shelley over a decade ago through my husband - they went to grad school together - and it's been inspiring to watch her from afar.

Shelley is the creator of A Nourished Life, which started as a passion project, evolved into a movement, then a workshop, and is now also a book. Based in Colorado, A Nourished Life brings women together to promote and embrace self-care (teaching women to take care of themselves first - not last) in a loving sisterhood environment by building a tribe of women who support you and hold you accountable. Just love what she is doing with her drive, ideas, and passion!
